Welcome to sitting4paws! 

Animals mean the world to me. Having a heart for wildlife and nature, I graduated from Richard Stockton College in 1981 with a degree in Environmental Science and an Independent Study minor in Cetacean Behavior (whales and dolphins). Over the years I have worked with a variety of animals and protection organizations such as Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Greenpeace and served as a shelter volunteer and Board of Directors member of the Humane Society of OC for several years. My family and I foster baby Diamondback Terrapin turtles each year in conjunction with the "head start" Wetlands Institute program. In 1993 I founded the Bayside Ecology Camp for children at The Bayside Center in Ocean City and currently serve on Ocean City's Environmental Commission. My love for animals led me to work and learn the pet sitting business from Kathleen, the original owner of sitting4paws LLC and to eventually buy the business from her. 

 I have had pets of all kinds my whole life and share that love with my husband and children.
 I know how precious our dogs and cats are to those of us who love and care for them.
Because I too am a pet owner/lover, I understand how hard it is to leave them home alone
due to long work days or for vacation. Pets feel safe within their own territories and homes.
This customized in-home care allows them to stay in the comfort of their own home
while you're away...a day or a week. 

My Golden Rule is to care for your pets the same way I would want someone to care for mine. 

I will love your pets like they were my own!
